Sometime during the week of April 7, 2008 the decision was made to disembowel KOTB. Harmony Central was contacted and agreed to host the refugees from KOTB. On April 14th Harmony central made the post and developed the forum for reception of KOTB refugees.

Follow up:

At that time KOTB was 16 months old, the posts became wilder. I just recently found out that one poster who claimed to be ‘discovered’ by Hollywood, was just a bunch of bs. The forum became more and more disorganized as time went on and the final implosion was there.

Harmony central was set up and ready to roll at 4 A.M. on Monday morning, and KOTB fell apart on Wednesday afternoon with little if any warning. We got the error message we all had expected for some time.

Well, since this is a blog, and since I can have an opinion, I am going to spew a little here. GC, you had several thousand registered users, (probably more like 100 real people) who had become very faithful members of your forum. How could you have decided to tell someone at Harmony central and at least not those who were working to keep KOTB fun?
