Released last week to a few select press memebers, a secret document from Wilson's personal papers was introduced as verified. This document stated clearly that Wilson, in a frustrating moment, wrote this relating the whining of the American people.

Follow up:

I request that this Congress of the United States of America vote that effective immediately, that all citizens of these United States of America be prohibited from complaining or whining from this moment forward, punishable by death. Two small doodles of a noose were also noted on the page.
