GC KOTB store preliminaries are over, now on to the store finals

This year has had a wider variety of interest than most years. Usually the blues players are lined up to jam away at KOTB, but this year, at least at Rockford, there has been a wider variety of players than I have ever seen. The competition is getting better, but there are some definite differences.
Follow up:
First of all, this guy has his own interpretation of the blues
I don't want to get anyone offended, I love to listen to metal every once in a while and grew up on a good diet of some of the best shredders ever. I guess make your own blues ideology means that.
Also this year there was a wider variety of age. From 16 to 50ish in Rockford. That was good to see the kids coming out. No younger player made it so next week will be the attack of the older dudes. I guess I have to classify myself as older, as I am over 40.
This is the first year I made it past the first round. I will have to 100% be on my game to move on.
