Too many shows, not enough time.
« on: August 20, 2013, 09:57:15 PM »
Tonight Guthrie Govan's band, The Aristocrats are playing at The Record Bar (small venue, $20 ticket).   Tomorrow night Umphrees McGee is doing an outdoor show.   I'll have to pass on both of them.  I saw UG last summer and they did a great show.   I am already kicking myself for not seeing The Aristocrats.

I'd love to see Guthrie Govan play...the guy is a phenom.

That would be a good one to catch...I just saw that Larry Carlton is playing a small club here on Friday. doing it as a trio. That would be cool but I have a gig that night.

My drummer was going.  He was really stoked to hear whoever plays drums in the aristocrats.

LC trio in a small venue would be a great one.
